Our fitness community, certified coaches and dedicated instruction provide a genuine fitness experience. Classes range from Redefined, Olympic Weightlifting, Endurance and Intensity Training. We focus on proper movements and support with small class sizes

The real reason we are all here, the meat and sweet potatoes of it all. Each class consists of a coach-lead group warm up, skill or strength work, the workout, and cool down/mobility. Classes last one hour and are offered 6 days a week. These classes are where you will find our primary strength and conditioning program. The WODs (Workout of the Day) are constantly varied and have a different focus each and every day. Utilizing the Functional Fitness prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our programming combines strength training with metcons (a.k.a. metabolic conditioning, or the “classic” cardio workout).

Burn


Our BURN class is great for people who are looking for a cardio intensive program and those who are not interested in heavy barbell or complexed gymnastics movements.   We will perform foundational movements at high repetition using light to moderate loads.  Expect to do a lot of calorie burning and sweating in this class. Wallballs, kettlebells, and rowers will be used a lot in these classes while barbells will be a rare occasion.

Endurance offers a sport specific training option built upon the foundation of our regular workouts but geared towards improving performance, fitness, and stamina. It differs from traditional long, slow distance training by eliminating unnecessary volume and instead focusing on proper technique followed by increased intensity. This reversed hierarchy reduces your risk of injury while making you a faster, more efficient athlete. The program is tightly integrated with Functional Fitness principles. The Endurance program provides athletes with the coaching and training they need to excel in their running, triathlon, rowing or adventure racing events. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary.  All workouts will be scaled to athlete’s level of experience.
